Refund policy

Our goal is to provide the best quality of products and experience possible, we take our customer satisfaction very seriously.

Auvrey Rose hand pours each candle with love and delicacy for your satisfaction. All of our handmade products are worked/created in small batches, so any variance in color, shape or appearance may be expected. If you are not sure which scent is best for you, we recommend trying our smaller candles first.

At this time we offer a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the day you receive the product to submit the return. All products are inspected for imperfections or damages prior to shipping to ensure uniformity and highest quality across all items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours with proof (pictures, videos, etc.) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return due to damaged, defective or wrong item received, you can contact us at auvreyroseco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
